I’m Colin Murphy, a career coach who’s helped over 700 professionals take the next step in their careers. I specialize in working with mid-career professionals who haven’t job searched in years and now find themselves needing a thoughtful, strategic, and human approach.
My coaching style is a mix of structure and heart. I bring practical tools, clear action plans, and tested strategies—but I also ask the right questions to help you reconnect with what makes you great. Together, we figure out your goals and design a job search that’s built just for you.
